This complex glass repair project involved replacing a broken roof panel at high level, presenting multiple challenges, including limited roof access, weight restrictions, and a repair location 10 metres from the building’s edge. After carefully assessing the options with the client, we determined that hiring a 60-metre access boom was the safest and most cost-effective solution. This approach allowed us to reach the damaged panel without stepping on the roof, ensuring both safety and efficiency. Thanks to careful planning and execution, the repair was completed smoothly, securely, and with minimal disruption to the site.
